    Our mission is to provide low-cost hardware and software solutions, training, consultation , web hosting and design, and friendly service and support to individual consumers and local businesses.  Our primary concern is to develop user-friendly applications and provide timely, effective service and support to all customers at the lowest possible cost.

    Our company is a local solutions provider who understands the needs of  local consumers and businesses when determining and implementing technologically advanced services for customers.  We can provide expertise in the design, implementation, training, and distribution phases of product development.  We can provide customers with application design and network consultation, hardware and software training, custom Visual Basic, Java, PHP, and C++ applications ,  Internet Web sites, PC sales and repair, and computer training. Some of the organizations currently being supported include local newspapers, local governmental agencies, schools and colleges,  and corporate businesses.

Message From The President

    Hello.  My name is John Williams.  I am the owner and president of JJ Computer Solutions & Sales Inc.  I live by a simple motto,  "Your number one resource is your customer."  The goal of my business is to provide the customer with easy to use applications, friendly and effective training and consultation, and timely customer support. We want to keep our customers happy, so that they will come back to us the next time they need advice or service. 

For the past 25 years, I have been in the field of application development, customer support, user training, web site development, and network administration.  I started working in computer information services industry when I was 18 and have held customer support, application developer and database design, instructional, and military positions in my field of expertise.  I have obtained numerous post-secondary degrees including a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics, and a Master of Education degree, both from Kutztown University.  I have developed user-friendly Visual Basic, Java, and C++ telephony and database applications and provided customer support to those applications for approximately 12 years.  I recently open a store in Orwigsburg, PA at 217 East Market Street.  I have administered Unix and Microsoft networks and installed operating systems for corporations and military installations, including time that I spent overseas in 2005.. From all of the technical experience I have obtained, the concept of the importance of the customer or family member has been the key to the development of the philosophy of the business.  If the customer is satisfied, they will always come back.
